Rich is very professional and responsive. He fixed some issues with my gas heater and was very communicative in helping me understand the issue. I've also called upon him to fix my central air which decided to stop in the midst of a heat wave. He replaced a component and it stopped again a few days later. Rich came right back to check it out and after realizing that the trouble was in the electrical box and not the component he took it upon himself to go get the electrical parts to fix it - and charged me nothing. He's very fair and honest and I highly recommend him. ~ Deanna G

Rich put in a completely new, 3-zone HVAC system and a garage heater into our home in 2021. We wanted Nest thermostats and Rich was very comfortable with that aspect of the install.
